Frequently Asked Questions
Can you help me install the items I have rented?
We can advise how to and every item is provided with a manual, but on terms of insurance, we cannot install it for you.
What if I don’t bring back the items on time?
For items not returned on time, without prior notice and agreement, we are obligated to charge the late return fee, as every item has a planning and we want to satisfy every customer.
We understand that a trip can be unpredictable, so let us know where you’re at, so we can come to an agreement.
*if you contact us at least 3 days prior to the end of your rental period, and the item you want to prolong is not booked, we can expand your rental at the normal price.
I want to take part in a rally, can you advise me on what to rent?
Give us a call, we have some experience which we love to share.
Why aren’t there any weekend or week prices?
There is no such thing as a standard motor trip, so we want to be as flexible as possible, and meet our price with your plans.
We can however make you a customised offer if you want to rent an item for a longer period than 14 days in a row.
What if I damage the rented item?
On return of the item, we will inspect it thoroughly. The cost for the repair or replacement will be charged. It is advised to take an insurance policy “damage by third parties”.
What if I can’t find the item I’m looking for?
Give us a heads up, it could be that it is not yet listed, or that we will put it on our most wanted list.
Could you send me the items I want to rent?
Unfortunately we can not send any items that are being rented.
Every rented item should be collected and returned in our shop. We love to keep track of the quality of the items we have available, Therefor we always do a check together with our customers prior to renting out and on return.
